Early arrival
Should you wish to arrive earlier than 2pm and due to the limited size of the resort, it is highly recommended to book for one night before your arrival, which will ensure immediate availability for your comfort.
Late departure
Late check out until 6:00pm will be charged at 50% of one night’s accommodation. Beyond this time, one night’s accommodation charge will apply. Late check out is subject to availability.
Guaranteed reservation and deposit
Reservations are to be guaranteed by bank transfer or via major credit cards. An invoice will be sent to you together with our bank details or link to arrange necessary payments if paying by bank transfer. If payment is by credit card we will automatically deduct 50% 7 days before the arrival date.. Remaining funds must be paid upon check-in and all other expenses settled to your own account upon departure.
Booking policy
a 50 % deposit is required at least 7 days before the arrival date
Cancellation policy
- If cancelled within 3 days of arrival a cancellation fee of 100% of deposit will apply
- If cancelled within 7 days of arrival a cancellation fee of 50% of deposit will apply
- If cancelled before 7 days no fee will apply except applicable bank or credit card charges and fees.

Family Plan
We offer complimentary baby cot on request and upon availability.
Room rates for one bedroom homes are based on two-person occupancy. Room rates for 2 bedroom homes are based on 4 person occupancy.
Extra person rates are Baht 500 per person per night.
