Beyond this time, one night\u2019s accommodation charge will apply. Late check out is subject to availability.<\/p>\n<h4>Guaranteed reservation and deposit<\/h4>\n<p>Reservations are to be guaranteed by bank transfer or via major credit cards. An invoice will be sent to you together with our bank details or link to arrange necessary payments if paying by bank transfer. If payment is by credit card we will automatically deduct 50% 7 days before the arrival date.. Remaining funds must be paid upon check-in and all other expenses settled to your own account upon departure.<\/p>\n<h4>Booking policy<\/h4>\n<p>a 50 % deposit is required at least 7 days before the arrival date<\/p>\n<h4>Cancellation policy<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>If cancelled within 3 days of arrival a cancellation fee of 100% of deposit will apply<\/li>\n<li>If cancelled within 7 days of arrival a cancellation fee of 50% of deposit will apply<\/li>\n<li>If cancelled before 7 days no fee will apply except applicable bank or credit card charges and fees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Credit cards<\/h4>\n<p>We accept major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard.<\/p>\n<h4>Family Plan<\/h4>\n<p>We offer complimentary baby cot on request and upon availability.<\/p>\n<h4>Room rates for one bedroom homes are based on two-person occupancy.
